Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ai4sme.org collects, why, and how it is handled. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

What this site does not do

ai4sme.org runs no third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from this site, not fetched from Google or any other vendor. Nothing about your visit is profiled, shared, or sold.

The guide download and newsletter

When you request the AI4SME Resource Guide, your name and email address are sent to the AIFN ecosystem's mailing system (FluentCRM, operated on hub.aifirstnation.org) to deliver the download link and, if you confirm, occasional email about the guide and new SME resources. Submission uses double opt-in: nothing is activated until you confirm by email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message.

The contact form

Messages sent through the contact form go to contact@ai4sme.org by email. The form stores nothing on this site; the email exists in the recipient mailbox until deleted. Your email address is used only to reply.

Server logs

The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes request logs (including IP addresses) as a standard part of delivering web pages, under its own privacy policy. These logs are not used to identify you.

Your rights

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to contact@ai4sme.org. Requests are handled personally, not by a ticketing system.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the change will be noted here with a date. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated policy.
